Utah Inland Port Authority approved a $194m tax-rebate incentive (50% of projected property tax differential over 25 years) for ASN's Green River lithium project, de-risking ~34% of the $569m capex and reducing shareholder dilution pressure. The incentive is conditional on project completion and continued operation, with final structuring still under discussion with state agencies.

ASN has patented a chemical-free iron removal process for DLE brine pre-treatment, demonstrated at pilot scale with >10,000 gallons processed to <1 ppm Fe—a cost and environmental advantage over conventional oxidant methods. Upscaling to 200–250 gpm is underway for the 100 tpa demonstration plant by year-end, positioning the IP for both internal use at Green River and potential licensing revenue.

ASN's Phase 1 drilling successfully mapped a 2.5 km mineralized trend connecting two historical uranium-vanadium deposits, with peak assays (774 ppm U) indicating 'extreme proximity' to ore-grade zones per USGS thresholds. Phase 2 will focus on JORC 2012 resource definition of a deeper western historical resource with higher-grade, unoxidized material below the water table.
